Accustoming of eating together with members of the family can prevent children from obesity. Even nutrition expert believes that the family dinner can encourage children to eat more fruits and vegetables. A researcher from Rutgers, State University of New Jersey, conclude their findings after analyze the result of 68 academic studies.
